We recently partnered with @peninsula_ortho to give their brand a whole new identity. While we didn’t design the logo, we completely overhauled the look and feel, playful colours, fonts, patterns and imagery. We also designed a brand-new website that brings their family-focused personality to life.

The result is a fun and welcoming brand that feels just as warm and approachable as the team behind it. Perfect for families stepping into their orthodontic journey 🦷

Our September @we.rise.networking Mornington Peninsula event was all about ‘Authentic Intelligence and How to Stand Out in an AI-driven World’ and wow, did this spark some interesting conversations 🙌

We dived deep into the blend of tech and human connection. How we can embrace the tools of today while staying true to our own voice, values and creativity. There were plenty of laughs, light-bulb moments and honest chats about what it means to show up authentically in business, as well as the ethical side to AI use.

We went along to @fuckupnights_melbourne recently and it was such a refreshing reminder that every business, no matter how polished it looks on the outside, has a trail of mistakes behind it.

A room full of heart-led leaders, confession walls, spontaneous dance breaks… and stories that reminded us why mistakes matter.

Hearing from powerhouse guest speakers like @husna_pasha and @inspired_evolution, and the brilliant MC @iamkimpayne, was a reminder that mistakes aren’t the opposite of success, they’re often the foundation of it.

In the last five years at Oraco, we’ve made our fair share too.

Wrong hires. Wrong offers. Wrong timing.

But those moments are what shaped us. They forced us to rethink, rebuild and ultimately become stronger.
