Vue Properties is a boutique design, development and construction company known for creating superior quality projects that balance innovation with timeless design. As the business grew, Vue recognised that its original branding no longer reflected the premium nature of its projects or the discerning clients they were attracting. The construction-focused, masculine identity had served its purpose but was starting to limit perception. To realign with its evolving audience and positioning, Vue partnered with Oraco for a complete rebrand, from strategy to rollout.

Branding & strategy

We began with an immersive brand discovery to understand Vue’s values, market position and future ambitions. The findings revealed a brand built on trust, transparency and family. Qualities that were not being visually or verbally expressed in the existing identity. Our solution was to craft a brand that embodies confidence, sophistication and warmth. We introduced an earthy yet refined colour palette, modern geometric motifs, and clean typography to reflect Vue’s commitment to craftsmanship and contemporary design. The new brand identity feels premium without pretension, approachable yet aspirational. As part of the brand and communications strategy, we redefined Vue’s editorial tone to balance professionalism with relatability. The language needed to feel as genuine as the team behind the business, highlighting Vue’s transparency, attention to detail and family-focused approach. The result was a voice that speaks to trust and expertise while remaining down-to-earth and human.

Website

To bring the new identity to life digitally, Oraco designed and built a bespoke website that feels as polished and intentional as a Vue home. The site was crafted to guide users through projects with ease and elegance, balancing minimal design with meaningful interactivity. We created an interactive project gallery that allows users to explore home designs in depth, viewing layouts, facades and finishes through an intuitive click-through interface. Each property page combines visual storytelling with architectural precision, showcasing Vue’s work through animated transitions, expandable design modules and dynamic imagery. User experience was prioritised at every step. From responsive design to mobile-first navigation, the site delivers a smooth, immersive experience that mirrors the brand’s craftsmanship and attention to detail. Subtle motion, curated photography and clear CTAs reinforce the premium yet personal feel, turning every interaction into an extension of the Vue brand promise.

Rollout & implementation

Once the foundation was set, we worked closely with Vue to roll out the rebrand across all touchpoints. This included corporate stationery, marketing collateral, signage and a unified digital content system that ensured consistency across print and online communications. The brand launch marked a key milestone, repositioning Vue as a design-led, client-focused developer and setting a new benchmark for professionalism within the construction industry.
