Two Bays Laundry is an eco-friendly laundry and dry cleaning service redefining how individuals and businesses think about clean. Based on the Mornington Peninsula, their mission is to deliver professional-grade cleaning with minimal environmental impact combining sustainability, efficiency and care. After identifying a gap in the market for a modern, eco-conscious laundry brand, Two Bays engaged Oraco to help build a strategy and visual identity that would position them as an industry leader. The goal was to create a brand that feels premium yet accessible, bold yet environmentally responsible.

Branding & strategy

We began with an in-depth strategy phase to clarify Two Bays Laundry’s positioning, personality, and audience personas. The resulting framework centred on three core values of sustainability, quality and trust, forming the foundation for all brand and communication decisions. From this strategic base, we crafted a refined visual identity that reflects both the natural beauty of the Mornington Peninsula and the professionalism of a modern, service-led business. The clean, coastal-inspired colour palette, contemporary typography and subtle organic textures evoke freshness, calm, and confidence positioning Two Bays Laundry as a premium yet approachable alternative within the laundry and dry cleaning industry. The logo design draws inspiration directly from place. Curved accents echo the fluidity of water and the Peninsula’s coastline, while the integrated ‘TB’ motif features a stylised ‘B’ representing the two bays (Western Port and Port Phillip), grounding the brand in its local story. We then brought the brand to life through a cohesive roll-out across digital, physical and environmental touchpoints. The brand’s clean, coastal-inspired palette and natural material cues were extended into the interior design of the space, influencing finishes, textures and signage to create a seamless customer experience. From business cards and laundry bags to building signage, vehicle wraps, and staff uniforms, every execution reinforces Two Bays Laundry’s commitment to clarity, care and conscious design.

To translate the brand into a digital experience, Oraco designed and built a custom website that highlights Two Bays Laundry’s values and services in a clean, intuitive way. The user experience focuses on simplicity and clarity, from effortless navigation and quick-service booking to educational content that reinforces the brand’s eco-friendly credentials. The site features subtle motion, fresh imagery and clear calls-to-action to encourage engagement and conversions. Every element, from tone to typography, reflects the company’s commitment to quality, sustainability and transparency.

Campaign

To introduce the brand to the community, we developed a multi-channel launch campaign focused on awareness and engagement. Using a mix of digital storytelling, organic social content, and targeted paid advertising, we established Two Bays as a trusted local brand from day one. Messaging highlighted the unique benefits of wet-cleaning — a water-based alternative to traditional dry-cleaning — positioning the service as both premium and planet-friendly. Across social and Google Ads, our creative campaign emphasised the brand’s key promise: “Clean clothes. Clean conscience.” Since launch, Oraco continues to partner with Two Bays on a full-service marketing program encompassing organic social media management to build community and brand loyalty, paid social campaigns to drive conversions and expand reach, and Google Ads management to capture intent-based search and local traffic. This ongoing partnership ensures that every touchpoint, digital and physical, feels consistent, connected,and unmistakably Two Bays.
