Jess understood that it’s no point just talking about all the things we ‘should’ be doing, knowing time and resources is a common restraint on small businesses. The action items we discussed can be prioritised for what is firstly simple and easy to achieve, but also adds most value to our goals.

Social engagement increased significantly, and ticket sales were strong, reflecting the effectiveness of their strategy.
