My Expert has more than 20 years’ experience in the home loan and finance industry. Oraco has worked with My Expert for 3 years and in that time, we’ve seen their services grow and evolve beyond mortgage brokers. My Expert has now expanded its service offering to Finance, Conveyancing and Wealth.
This new direction required an adjustment to how they communicated their offerings. It was decided that each new sector of the business would become a sub brand to the umbrella brand ‘My Expert’.
Oraco began with a refreshed logo taking into consideration that the primary logo would need variations for each sector, Finance, Conveyancing and Wealth. Each logo needed to be visually consistent, while still differentiating them from one another. Oraco achieved this through the use of 3 brand colours: blue for Finance, orange for Conveyancing and green for Wealth. The umbrella logo was an amalgamation of all 3 colours, while the sub-logos featured their stand-alone colour.
Once we finalised the logos, we developed a professional and modern visual identity that accomplishes two very important goals, maintaining a visual link to the company’s previous brand while establishing a new, modern look and successfully differentiating the three sectors of the company.
A comprehensive brand style guide was then developed, and the brand rolled out company-wide in both external collateral and internal company documents.
Following on from the branding project, we designed a responsive website that successfully defined all sectors of the company and their service offerings.
Prior to their rebrand, Oraco assisted My Expert to build their social media presence, as well as assistance with writing educational finance-related blog content when required.
The My Expert brand now maintains consistency online and offline and continues to grow its reputation in the two new areas of the business.
Oraco continues to manage the My Expert brand as an extension of their team. We are currently updating their corporate stationery, as well as designing new marketing collateral.
