Mannix College is Monash University’s only affiliated traditional residential college, located on the doorstep of the Clayton campus.
Oraco has worked with Mannix College for over 8 years assisting with the development of various marketing collateral. It was decided that the brand needed a refresh to keep up with evolving design trends and appeal to their younger audience of University students.
We began with a complete rebrand to create the framework for the design of all traditional and digital marketing. We reviewed the current branding and the education landscape for inspiration.
Although the college crest was to remain the same, we refreshed the college logo with a more modern font and lockup. We then fleshed out the brand identity and created a comprehensive brand style guide that all internal staff and external suppliers were able to refer to, in order to maintain consistency.
This was the start of a large scale brand roll out that included a widespread scope of design. Our brief was to ensure that we captured the brand identity and kept to strict brand guidelines across new and existing corporate stationery, collateral, banners, signage and the college magazine.
Once the brand had been successfully rolled out offline, we designed and developed a brand new website in which their audience could access a range of information, including how to apply, what facilities & events were included, their vision & values as a catholic residential college, as well as an entire alumni membership portal.
Mannix remain extremely happy with the output of work and Oraco continue to act as extension of their team.
